Today a woman came up to me and said, “You have the best arse ever! What do you do for it?’
My response was, “heavy weight training and a clean diet”. She said she doesn’t have a gym. So I suggested she buy two kettlebells and start doing squats, lunges and deadlifts. After this conversation I went home and made this workout vid, outlining a simple (but tough!) butt workout, that anyone can do with two kettlebells.
This workout will also strengthen your legs, core and lower back (as well as your glutes of course!) Be sure to have a straight back and braced core in every exercise. Also watch the tracking of your knees, slowing down the movement if you have to, in order to keep the knees stable. Performing it in front of a mirror is preferable.
10 x STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS
