In Bondi we like to train butt on the beach! Here’s a bodyweight workout you can do anywhere.
If you can comfortably sit on the toilet the next day, you didn’t do enough sets!
Do four sets in total with 25-20-15-10 reps of the following exercises, minimal rest:
- squat to kick (alt legs)
- squat jumps
- side lunge right
- side lunge left
- lunge jumps
