It’s the holidays, the gym is closed, the kids are all up in yo’ grill, and your tummy ain’t getting any smaller. Fear not! There is always a bodyweight workout you can do! Just kick the cat out of the way and lock the kids in the bathroom for 20 mins.
Then smash it!
Set interval timer to 45 sec on, 15 sec off. Do 3-5 sets in total:
- Burpee to side plank
- ice skaters
- reverse lunge to step up
- step up knee drive
- incline push up
- burpees
